Who these terms are for

Creative Ops OS ("Creative Ops," "we," "us") is a project management platform for creative agencies and their clients. These terms apply to everyone who uses it: the agency that holds the account ("Agency"), its team members, partner agencies it invites, and the clients who review and approve work through the portal or a share link (together, "you"). By using Creative Ops you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. The Agency decides who on its team can see what, and is responsible for the people it invites. Share links give access to anyone who has them, so only send them to the people they are meant for.

Your content

Everything you and your clients put into Creative Ops (projects, files, comments, designs, copy) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use Creative Ops to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its security, limits or access controls. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

AI features

Some features use AI to draft, analyse or suggest. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: review it before you rely on it or send it to a client. AI features run only when someone on your team starts them.

Third-party services

Some features connect to services run by other companies, using an account you hold with them. When you connect one, that company's own terms also apply to how you use it, and you are responsible for keeping to them.

Mobbin

Team members can connect their own Mobbin account to search Mobbin's library of real product screens from inside Creative Ops and to let design features study those screens. By connecting Mobbin you agree that:

• You use your own Mobbin account and plan, and nobody else uses it through Creative Ops. Mobbin's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy apply to that use.
• Mobbin content (screenshots, recordings and information about the apps shown) belongs to Mobbin and to the companies whose products appear in it. It is for reference and inspiration only.
• You won't copy, download in bulk, archive, re-host, resell or pass Mobbin content to anyone outside what Mobbin allows, use it to build a competing library, or use it to train AI models.
• When you share a Mobbin reference with a client, you share Mobbin's link and credit the product it comes from. Creative Ops stores the link, the product's name and your notes, never Mobbin's images.
• Mobbin may change or stop its service at any time. Creative Ops isn't responsible for Mobbin's service or content, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings, Integrations.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Fees are shown before you subscribe and exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Creative Ops available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Creative Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using Creative Ops and ask us to export or delete your data at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will tell you why.
